We hired Peter for a major remodel of our 1950's rancher adding on a master bedroom suite and creating a open floor plan kitchen. From the initial consultation and bid with Peter, we were very impressed with his knowledge and responsiveness. He consistently kept us updated on next steps and elicited feedback on the quality of the work. Doing the job right was always a priority. The project was also completed on time and within budget. Peter also has a great lead team of guys that work for him that were pleasant, trustworthy, and flexible which was important considering we were living in the house during construction. You can trust that Peter will give his own personal attention to your project and your highest expectations will be met!

Peter completed a total renovation of my 2 bedroom 2 bath 1980s condo. His price was fair, work was completed on time and the work was done beautifully and professionally. At one time, I built furniture and enjoyed doing home building projects -- thus, when I decided to have someone else do these projects, I needed a crafstman. Mr. Tocco is that individual, and his team are all experienced and equal craftsmen as well. They have done maintenance, repair, and full renovation at my home and the office. The office was built in the early 70s, and there have been times when there were emergency repairs neeeded to be done, and they responded promptly. His last project, in November 2012, was the renovation of four medical exam rooms, a laboratory, the secrectarial area, and hallways -- all completed on time and on budget. He and his group are dependable, resourceful, and without hesitation they can do any projects in my home or in our office building.

My family and I have nothing but praise for Peter Tocco's work. We hired his company to build a backyard deck that would span almost the entire length of our house and would include a three season room with stone pillars, a stone fireplace with a television mounted above, heat lamps, fans, screens, a built-in grill with granite counter, a stained ceiling with exposed beams, a roof that covered three quarters of the deck and a connecting roof to our main house. It is a stunning addition to our home. Needless to say, this was a big job!!! From the moment I sat down with Peter to review the scope of the work, I felt certain that he had the knowledge, experience, and professionalism I was looking for to make this project a success. We were informed every step of the way what work would be completed that week, and the crew was experienced, dedicated, and respectful. The result? An incredible deck that made our home feel complete. I highly recommend Peter S. Tocco Building LLC and would definitely hire this company again

Peter S. Tocco Building LLC renovated our master bath. He worked with us in selecting the tile, vanity and paint, and installed new lighting, heated flooring and a new shower. We were extremely satisfied with the outcome of the project and workmanship. Pete's crews were extremely professional and easy to work with.
